NOTICE is given of my intention to dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate original of certificate of
title, Volume 1016, folio 103 (North Auckland Registry),
for 1 rood, more or less, being Lot 7, Deposited Plan 38589,
and being all the land comprised and described in the said
certificate of title, in the name of Lloyd Walter Churchill
Moult, of Auckland, motor mechanic, and to register memorandum of transfer A. 341043 and memoranda of mortgages
A. 341044 and A. 341045, particulars whereof are set out in
the Schedule hereunder, at the expiration of 14 days from the
date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

Transfer A. 341043. In pursuance of a writ of sale dated
the 28th day of November 1967, wherein the Sheriff of Auckland, in an action numbered A. 475166, transferred the estate
of Lloyd Walter Churchill Moult in that piece of land abovedescribed to Anthony Hogg, of Auckland, agricultural contractor, and Eileen Amelia Hogg, his wife.

Parish, and the whole of the land comprised and described in
