Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XIV, Stonyhurst Survey District, Waipara County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaims that the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby closed and vested in Gorrie Downs Ltd., at Christchurch, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 699513, Canterbury Land Registry.
