PURSUANT to section 7 of the Child Welfare Act 1925, the
Minister of Education hereby notifies that the premises
situated as listed in the Schedule below are established as
institutions within the meaning of the said Act and shall be
known by the names shown in the Schedule.

Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for a teacher’s residence from
and after the 3rd day of March 1969.

Land Taken for Drainage Purposes in Block II, Paritutu
Survey District, Taranaki County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes
and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Taranaki from and after the 3rd day of
March 1969.

Titirangi Survey District, Waitemata County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaims
that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby closed and vested in John Wiremu Nicholls, of Auck-
land, retired farmer, the settlor of adjoining land as a joint
family home under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964, subject
to Joint Family Home Certificate K 557381, Auckland Land
Registry.
