EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicates of the leases scheduled below having been lodged with me, together with applications for the issue of provisional copies in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional copies on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

Lease S. 19256, whereof Ani Kameta (f.) and 29 others are lessors, and Sam Emery, also known as Samuel Emery, late of Rotoiti, farmer, is lessee (application S. 434269), affecting the land in certificate of title, Provisional Register, Volume 158, folio 26, containing 7 acres 3 roods 0.6 perches, more or less, being part Haunungi No. 3 Block.

Lease S. 359593, whereof the National Mutual Life Association of Australasia Ltd., at Wellington, is the lessor, and Eddie Van Der Straten, of Taumarunui, electrician, and Lesley Kaye Van Der Straten, his wife, are lessees (application S. 434227), affecting the land in certificate of title, Volume 60, folio 37 (South Auckland Land Registry), 32.1 perches, more or less, being Lot 38 on Deposited Plan S. 9551.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by the Maori Trustee under lease 13276, affecting 531 acres 3 roods, more or less, called Rangitoto-Tuhua 54B., and being all the land in certificate of title, Provisional Register, Volume 173, folio 135, South Auckland Registry, of which Piko Ngahihi Hughes, of Waimeha, farmer, is lessee, I hereby give notice that I shall register such re-entry as requested on the expiration of 1 month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE of the loss of deferred payment licence, Volume 1434, folio 51 (South Auckland Registry), containing 32.1 perches, more or less, being Section 248 of Whangamata Township, in the name of Constance Esther Worth, wife of George Thompson Worth, of Ohinewai, farmer, having been lodged with me, together with an application, S. 435648, to register a certificate by the Commissioner of Crown Lands under section 116, Land Act 1948, notice is hereby given of my intention to dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate of the deferred payment licence and to register the certificate upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
