that Lot 7 and Lots 6, 5, and 4, D.P. 42316, to the north-eastern corner of that Lot 4; thence along a right line across Pleasant Road to and along the north-western boundaries of Lots 1 to 8 inclusive, D.P. 33070, Lots 1 to 12 inclusive, D.P. 38865, Lots 1 to 5 inclusive, D.P. 40846, Lot 1, D.P. 45863, and Lot 2, D.P. 48735, to its northernmost corner; thence easterly generally along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 48735, and continuing along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 138, Waikomiti Parish, along a right line across Titirangi Road to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 9, D.P. 23375 (Plantation Reserve), Lots 5 and 7, D.P. 39449, along a right line across West Lynn Road to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 10388, the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 40481, to and along the south-western side of Parker Avenue to a point in line with the middle line of Hutchinson Avenue; thence along a right line across Parker Avenue to and along that middle line to and along the middle of Arahoe Road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 15, D.P. 10738; thence along a right line to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 46392, and along the western boundary of that lot and continuing along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 558 and 557, Waikomiti Parish, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to and easterly along the middle of Golf Road, to and southerly along the middle of Portage Road, to and up the middle of the Avondale Stream, to and southerly along the western side of Portage Road and its production to and south-westerly generally along the line of mean high water, spring tide, of the Manukau Harbour, to the Tasman Sea;

thence northerly along the sea coast and easterly generally along the southern shores of the Kaipara Harbour, to and along the left banks of the Makarau River and the Rauhori Stream to and along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment N. 64, Makarau Parish, in Block III, Kaipara Survey District, to and along the north-western boundaries of Allotment N. 186, both the said allotments shown on D.P. 3068, parts of Allotment N. 187, Lot 3, D.P. 11758, Allotment 188, shown on D.P. 2543, to the northernmost corner of that allotment, in Block XIII, Mahurangi Survey District, all the aforesaid allotments being of Makarau Parish; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Allotment 188, Makarau Parish, along a right line across the Tahekeroa-Puhoi Road and the Newmarket-Opua Railway, to and along the eastern boundaries of that part Allotment 185, Makarau Parish, shown on D.P. 18176, Lot 2, D.P. 20898, along a right line across Tahekeroa Stream and Tahekeroa-Waiwera Road to and along the eastern boundaries of Allotment 232, Makarau Parish, part Lot 3, D.P. 26487, along a right line across the last-said road to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 26487, along a right line across the last-named road and along the eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 26487, to the westernmost corner of Allotment 112, Waiwera Parish, in Block 1, Waiwera Survey District; thence again easterly along the northern boundaries of that Allotment 112, crossing the intervening Tahekeroa-Waiwera Road, Allotments N. 113, 466, N. 134, crossing the intervening public road, Allotments W. 135, M. 135, N.E. 135, 270, 272, crossing the intervening Tahekeroa-Waiwera Road, Allotment 283, along a right line across a stream and Bayers Road to and along the northern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 39203, and Allotment 286, to the northernmost corner of that allotment in Block II, Waiwera Survey District, all the aforesaid allotments being of Waiwera Parish; thence along a right line across the public road forming the northern boundary of part Allotment 89 and Lot 1, D.P. 50186, to and along the northern side of that road and continuing along the northern boundary of Allotment 89 and its production to and down the middle of the Waiwera River to a point in line with the northern boundary of Allotment 256, and along a right line to and along that boundary and along the northern boundaries of Allotments 242, 103, 102, 101, and along the north-western boundary of Allotment 104, all the aforesaid allotments being of Waiwera Parish, and along the production of the last-mentioned boundary to and down the middle of the Waiwera River and the channel of that river, south of Te Koroto Block, and again down the middle of the Waiwera River to the point of commencement;

excluding therefrom the Borough of Helensville, as described in Gazette, 1947, p. 157, and the Borough of Henderson, as described in Gazette, 1957, p. 1294.

BOUNDARIES OF GLENFIELD RIDING OF WAITEMATA COUNTY

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Waitemata County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the Hellyers Creek in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District, due south of the southernmost corner of Lot 26, D.P. 2093, and proceeding due north to and north-westerly along the north-eastern sides of the public road forming the south-western boundaries of that Lot 26 to the junction with the westerly production of a right line parallel to and 250 links distant from the northern side of Glendhu Road; thence north-easterly generally along a series of right lines parallel to and 250 links distant from the generally north-western sides of Glendhu and Sunset Roads to their intersection with the eastern boundary of the Waitemata County, as hereinbefore described; thence southerly, westerly, and then northerly generally along the said Waitemata County boundary to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF NORTHCOTE BOROUGH

All that area containing 1,333 acres, more or less, in the North Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 58049, in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 1 to 7 inclusive, Lots 24, 8, and 9, all the aforesaid lots shown on D.P. 58049, and part Lot 4, Deeds Plan 782, the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 10, 8, 7, and 1, D.P. 54955, and along a right line across Evelyn Place to the northernmost corner of Lot 27; thence along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 27 and Lot 26, both the aforesaid lots being of D.P. 54955, and Lot 6, D.P. 39353, to the easternmost corner of that lot, and southerly along a right line across Northcote Road to the westernmost corner of Lot 91, D.P. 21894; thence again south-easterly along the south-western boundary of that lot to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 57, D.P. 21894; thence north-easterly along a right line to and along the last-mentioned boundary, to and easterly generally along the generally northern boundary of Lot 73, D.P. 45481, the northern end of College Road and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 74, D.P. 21894, to and along the generally north-western and north-eastern boundaries of an area of 1 acre and 9 perches, being part of the Auckland-Albany Motorway, and adjoining reclaimed land, and shown on S.O. Plan 45062, to and southerly generally along the line of mean high water along the generally western shores of Shoal Bay to the northernmost corner of the reclamation abutting the eastern boundaries of the parts Lots 86 and 87, D.P. 21894, and shown as new filling on S.O. Plan 41941; thence southerly generally along the line of mean high water on the said new filling to and along a north-eastern boundary of the area of 61 acres and 10 perches taken for Motorway and shown on S.O. Plan 41941, aforesaid, to a point bearing 55° 49' 40" and distant 50 links from iron spike L.II; thence along a right line to iron spike XXXVIA, both spikes being shown on S.O. Plan 41941, and along that right line produced to and still southerly generally along the generally eastern boundary of the aforesaid area of 61 acres and 10 perches, as shown on S.O. Plans 41941, 41943, and 41945, to and along the eastern and southern boundaries of an area of 10 acres 2 roods 5 perches, as shown on S.O. Plans 42621 and 42623, and along the south-eastern boundary of an area of 3 roods 29 perches, shown on S.O. Plan 42623, to and along the generally western shores of Shoal Bay, the generally eastern boundaries of an area of 2 roods 25 perches, shown on S.O. Plan 45029, again along the generally western shores of Shoal Bay and northerly generally along the eastern shores of Little Shoal Bay, the southern and western boundaries of an area of 1 rood 20 perches, shown on S.O. Plan 45028, and again along the eastern shores of Little Shoal Bay to the junction with a line bearing 78° 52' from the southern end of a line bearing 152° 27' 40" from the easternmost corner of Lot 6, D.P. 38840, and distant 1045.84 links from the intersection of the last-mentioned bearing and the southern boundary of Lot 7, D.P. 38840; thence along right lines bearing 258° 52' and bearing 332° 27' 40" to and westerly generally along the southern boundaries of Lot 7, D.P. 38840, Lot 6, D.P. 36343, the southern end of Fairfax Avenue, the southern boundaries of Lot 5, D.P. 37792, Lots 9 and 10, Land Transfer Plan 57607, the southern end of Valley Road, shown on the last-mentioned plan, part Allotment 55, Takapuna Parish, comprised in C.T. 561/177, to the south-western corner of the said part allotment; thence northerly along the western boundary of that part allotment and that boundary produced to the northern side of Onewa Road, and westerly along that roadside to and along the western side of Kauri Glen Road, to and along the southern boundaries of Lots 14 and 34, Deeds Plan T. 60A, along a right line across Park Avenue to and along the southerly boundary of Lot 35, Deeds Plan T. 60A, and northerly generally along the western boundary of that Lot and the western boundaries of Lots 36, 37, and 38, to the north-western corner of Lot 38; thence along a right line to the south-western corner of Lot 39, and along the western boundaries of Lots 39 and 40, and the western and northern boundaries of Lot 41, all the aforesaid lots being shown on Deeds Plan T. 60A, and along the western sides of Park Avenue and Tui Glen Road to its
