Plant Declared Noxious Weed in the County of Pohangina
(Notice No. Ag. 10364)

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes of the said section, the following special order, made by the Pohangina County Council on the 16th day of December 1968, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

"THAT, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Pohangina County Council resolves, by way of special order, that the plant named goat's rue (Galega officinalis) be, and is hereby declared, a noxious weed within the district of the County of Pohangina."

Acquisition of Land as Part of the Ranfurly Bay Scenic Reserve

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of part IV of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, as an addition to the Ranfurly Bay Scenic Reserve, under the control and management of the Whangaroa County Council.


Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Federal Hotel, Wanganui

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wanganui Licensing Committee, on 6 December 1968, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Federal Hotel, Wanganui, for the sale of liquor to the public, namely, that such hotel premises be authorised to open at 10 o'clock in the morning and close at 9 o'clock in the evening, Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.
