FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

THE full, free, and uninterrupted right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, agents, and workmen, from time to time and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the dominant tenement.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block XI, Rangiora Survey District, Rangiora County

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the North Canterbury Catchment Board; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of January 1969.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5.65 perches being part Section 7A, Block IV, Maketu Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22332 (S.O. 44320) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of December 1968.

An Easement of Right of Way Over Land Taken for a Teacher's Residence in Block IV, Maketu Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the easement, being the right of way described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for a Teacher's residence over the land described in the Second Schedule thereto, such easement to be appurtenant to the area of 3 roods 26.15 perches, being Section 1A, Block IV, Maketu Survey District (hereinafter called "the dominant tenement"), more particularly delineated and edged red on the plan mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto, marked M.O.W. 22332 (S.O. 44320); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of January 1969.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Waihi South Survey District, Tauranga County

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other roads are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
