PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL that piece of land containing 17 acres and 33 perches situated in Block XIV, Whitianga Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 11962; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22791 (S.O. 44580) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 41 acres 2 roods 18 perches situated in Block XIV, Whitianga Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. S. 11962; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22791 (S.O. 44580) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby takes for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and further proclaims that the said land taken and road closed shall vest in Richard Joseph Jurlina and Milan Clem Jurlina, both of Awanui, farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to mortgage 411290.
