Crown Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Incorporated in Renewable Lease, in Block I, Slopedown Survey District, and Block VII, Kuriwao Survey District, Clutha County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the Crown Land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declares that the road, when closed, shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. R.L.F. 579, recorded in register book, Volume 377, folio 23, Otago Land Registry, and held by Brian Hedley Pearce, and George Colin Pearce, both of Clinton, farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares (half share), and the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd. and Harold Percival Aitken, of Dunedin, public accountant, as tenants-in-common in unequal shares (half share), subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 253921 and 292697, Otago Land Registry, also to electricity agreement No. 313222.
