Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of W. W. Gabriel and Co. Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 20th day of February 1968, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed by the company, namely:

(a) "That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily."
(b) "That Keith Samuel Crawshaw, company manager, of Auckland, be and is hereby nominated liquidator of the company."
