LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate
of title, Hawke's Bay, Volume 179, folio 84 (Hawke's Bay
Registry), containing 29 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less,
being Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block XVI, Ngaruroro Survey
District, in the name of Alice Ruth Nelson, of Havelock North,
spinster, and Gwendolen Winifred Malden, of Havelock North,
widow, having been lodged with me together with an application No. 218362 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu
thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such
new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to
me, pursuant to section 70, Land Transfer Act 1952, by
L. G. Grimes Investments Ltd., a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Lower Hutt and being the
registered proprietor of all that parcel of land containing
32.5 perches, more or less, situate in Block XVI of the Belmont
Survey District, being part Section 22, Harbour District, and
being Lot 51 on Deposited Plan 11205, being all the land
comprised in certificate of title, Volume 490, folio 158
(Wellington Registry), that I enter a memorial upon the said
certificate of title and upon the certificates of title more particularly mentioned in the First Schedule hereto to the effect
that the water-pipeline easement created variously by the
transfers or documents specified in the Second Schedule hereto
has been determined or extinguished as between the said
certificate of title, Volume 490, folio 158, and the said certificates of title more particularly mentioned in the said First
Schedule hereto, and that it is my intention so to do unless
caveat forbidding the same be lodged with me within 28 days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
