Revoking in Part a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Notice dated the 7th day of July 1967, and published in Gazette, 20 July 1967, No. 46, page 1244, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of the Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from the Maori Trustee by Evadne Myrtle Knowles Cockrell under and by virtue of lease No. S. 329886, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a motorway from and after the 26th day of February 1968.
