PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948 the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 3 roods 09 perches situated in Block VIII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, adjoining or passing through Sections 9, 80, 81, and part Sections 10, 21, and the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21854 (S.O. 16481) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject as to Part to a Drainage Easement, for Maori Housing Purposes in Block II, Tapapa Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land firstly described to the drainage easement created by transfer S.369480, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 26th day of February 1968.
