Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in

from and after the 16th day of December 1968.

to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate
in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Egerton Francis Beresford Peacocke,
Robin Anthony Peacocke, and Christopher John Peacocke,
all of Taupiri, farmers, under and by virtue of renewable
lease No. R.L.F. 1211, recorded in Register Book No. 5c/682,
South Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels, is
hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes
from and after the 16th day of December 1968.
