section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928), dated 11 July
1968 and published in Gazette, 8 August 1968, No. 49, at p.
1318, declaring land taken for a public school in the Borough
of Roxburgh, by deleting from the Schedule thereto the land
first described and substituting the words "1 acre 1 rood 5.55
perches. Part Sections 3 and 27, Block XVII, Town of Rox-
burgh. Balance certificate of title, Volume 364, folio 43, Otago
Land Registry".
