PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution estab-
lished under the Child Welfare Act 1925 from and after the
9th day of December 1968, subject to the agreement as to
fencing contained in transfers 90735 and 509968.
