Declaring Land and Storm-water Drainage Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and that a storm-water drainage easement is hereby taken, for the purposes of a public school, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm-water; and, secondly, in order to construct or maintain the efficiency of such line of pipes, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty, her servants, agents, workmen, contractors, licensees, and invitees, to go, pass, or repass, with or without vehicles or equipment necessary for such purposes, over the said land; such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First and Third Schedules hereto: the said land and easement over land to be taken from and after the 9th day of December 1968.
