Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, in Block II, Matapiro Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also proclaims closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and when closed shall vest in Malcolm Fearon Jackson and Brian Victor Holst, of Shereden, farmers, jointly, and Malcolm Fearon Jackson, of Shereden, farmer, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 180291, and, as to the share held jointly, to memorandum of mortgage No. 180292.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in David Keith Buchanan and Athol David Buchanan, both of Waikanae, farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 536445 and to memorandum of mortgage No. 545026 as to the share of the said Athol David Buchanan.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto: and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed, and declares that the road first described in the said Second Schedule shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. R.L.F. 1084, recorded in Register Book 1d, folio 763, Otago Land Registry, held by Ian George McLaren, of Inchclutha, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 279448, Otago Land Registry; and that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall be incorporated in the Crown lease in perpetuity No. 1269, recorded in Register Book, Volume 133, folio 87, Otago Land Registry, held by William George Johnston, of Paretai, farmer.
