The Te Kauwhata Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1968
PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Te Kauwhata Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1968.

There is hereby constituted a local licensing trust, to be called the Te Kauwhata Licensing Trust.

(1) The first election of members of the Trust shall be held on Monday, the 10th day of February 1969.
(2) The Returning Officer for the first election of members of the Trust shall be Kenneth Arthur Earles, County Clerk for the Waikato County.

The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the trust shall be the whole of the area described in the Schedule to this notice.

The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute profits, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, shall be the whole of the area described in the Schedule to this notice.
SCHEDULE
DESCRIPTION OF AREA
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, being part of the Waikato County, bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 1851 in Block XI, Piako Survey District, and proceeding southerly along the south-western boundaries of Section 15, the abutment of a public road, Section 18, the abutment of another public road, and the south-western boundaries of Sections 19 and 5, all the aforesaid sections being of Block XI, Piako Survey District, and the western boundary of part Section 1, Block XV, Piako Survey District, to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 454, Parish of Whangamarino; thence westerly generally along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 454, 453, 452, 451, 450, 449, and 448, the northern and western boundaries of Allotment 472, all the aforesaid allotments being of the Parish of
Whangamarino, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Matahuru Stream; thence down the middle of the aforesaid stream to and along the eastern side of the Waerenga-Pukewhau road to the western corner of Allotment 659; thence along a right line across the aforesaid road to and along the northern boundary of part Allotment 269, along the eastern and northern boundaries of Allotment 671, along the northern boundaries of Allotments 670 and 665, all the aforesaid allotments being of the Parish of Whangamarino, along the northern boundary of Section 1, Block 1, Hapuakohe Survey District, to and along the eastern and northern boundaries of Allotment 212, Parish of Whangamarino, crossing the intervening Waikare Lake Road, to the eastern shores of Lake Waikare; thence northerly, westerly, and southerly along the shores of the said lake to and down the right bank of the Te Onetea Stream, to and north-westerly down the right bank of the Waikato River to the left bank of the Rangiriri Stream; thence north-easterly up that bank to a point in line with the western boundary of part Allotment 296, Whangamarino Parish; thence along a right line crossing the Rangiriri Stream to and along the said western boundary, along the western boundary of part Allotment 86, Whangamarino Parish, and its production to the shores of Lake Rangiriri, thence northerly, westerly, and southerly along the shores of the lake to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 50, Whangamarino Parish; thence westerly to and along that boundary to a public road, a right line crossing the said road, to and along the northern side of another public road forming the southern boundaries of part Allotment 400, as shown on D.P. 14709, and part Allotment 401, Whangamarino Parish, and its production to the right bank of the Waikato River; thence north-westerly generally down that bank to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 399, Whangamarino Parish; thence easterly to and along that boundary to the western side of Springhill Road, a right line to the northernmost corner of Lot C, D.P. 269, the production of the north-western boundary of Lot C, aforesaid, to the south-western side of Emmets Road, along that road and the southern end of that road, the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 391 and 477A, the eastern boundaries of Allotments 477A and 476A, Whangamarino Parish, to a point in line with the northern boundary of Allotment 398, Whangamarino Parish, a right line crossing a public road, to and along the aforesaid boundary, the production of that boundary to the right bank of the Whangamarino River, up the right bank of the aforesaid river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Allotment 12, Maramarua Parish, along a right line to and along that boundary, the western boundary of Allotment 17, the western and northern boundaries of Allotment 82, the northern boundary of Allotment 17, the aforesaid allotments all being of the Maramarua Parish, to and along the western and northern boundaries of Allotment 521, Whangamarino Parish, along the northern side of a public road which forms the southern boundaries of Section 2, Block V, Piako Survey District, and Sections 10S and 5S, Mangakura Settlement, to a point in line with the Western boundary of Section 6S, Mangakura Settlement, to and along that boundary, the north-western boundary of Allotment 199, Whangamarino Parish, and its production across a public road, along the north-eastern side of that road and the northern side of Kopuku Road, to and along the north-western boundary of Section 5, Block VI, Piako Survey District, a right line across a public road, to and along the northern boundary of Section 1, Block VI, aforesaid, the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Allotment 66, Maramarua Parish, to and along the northern side of the Te Kauwhata-Waitakaruru road to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 7, Block VI, aforesaid, to and along that boundary, crossing the aforesaid road, along the northern boundary of Allotment 40, and the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of part Allotment 34, and the north-eastern boundary of another part Allotment 34, shown on D.P. 27841, all allotments being of the Maramarua Parish, and along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Section 3, Block VI, Piako Survey District, passing through Pukekamaka Trig. No. 1531, to Trig. Station 1851, being the point of commencement.
