Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block XIV, Bay of Islands Survey District, and described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of December 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 26.8 perches situated in Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, being part 7B Papamoa No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21803 (S.O. 43227) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
