I, Eileen Patricia O'Connor, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the "Stoke Dramatic Society Incorporated" N. 1961/7 has ceased operations, the aforesaid Society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP

IN the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and in the matter of the New Zealand Radio-Television and Electrical Traders' Association (Otago Branch) Incorporated, notice is hereby given that, at a special general meeting of the society, held at Dunedin on 19 November 1968, the following special resolution was passed, namely:

"That the New Zealand Radio-Television and Electrical Traders' Association (Otago Branch) Incorporated be voluntarily wound-up; and that, if there remains any property whatsoever, after the payment of all debts, liabilities, and costs of the aforesaid winding-up, it shall be given or transferred to the New Zealand Radio-Television and Electrical Retailers Association (Incorporated) Auckland.
