Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 5th day of June 1968.

Notice of Intention to Take an Easement Over Land in Block XI, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County, for Prison Purposes (Hautu Prison)
Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a sewage line for disposal of sewage from Hautu Prison; and, for the purposes of that public work, an easement over the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to enter upon the land described in the Schedule hereto, by her employees, agents, and licensees, with or without vehicles, plant, machinery, or implements, and to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, or over the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the said line of easement is deposited in the post office at Turangi and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said easement should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said easement, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

The Traffic (Wairewa County) Notice 1968
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Wairewa County) Notice 1968.
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 24th day of February 1967†, which relates to Little River, in Wairewa County, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Wairewa County, at Little River:
No. 75 State Highway (Christchurch-Akaroa) (from a point 12 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from the Port Levy-Little River Road to a point 8 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the Little River-Teoka Saddle Road).

The Traffic (Manukau City) Notice 1968
PURSUANT to subclause 5 of regulation 18 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City) Notice 1968.

The Minister of Transport hereby consents to the erection of flashing red lights at the places described in the Schedule hereto, for the purposes of traffic control, in terms of regulation 18, subclause 4 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

SITUATED within the Auckland International Airport at Mangere, at the four points marked "X" on the plan marked TT. 4020 deposited in the Head Office of the Transport Department, Wellington.
