Road Closed and Added to Land Held for the Development
of Water Power (Waitaki Power Scheme) in Block V, Kurow
Survey District, Waitaki County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed
the road described in the First Schedule hereto; and declares
that the road first described in the First Schedule, when
closed, shall be added to land held for the development of
water power (Waitaki power scheme) first described in the
Second Schedule hereto, and that the road secondly described
in the First Schedule, when closed, shall be added to land
held for the development of water power (Lake Waitaki)
secondly described in the said Second Schedule.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
