ALL that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by a
line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of
the sea in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 752,
in Block XI, Paekakariki S.D., and proceeding generally south-
erly to and along the eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 752,
Komangareutawhiri A. 1, A. 2, A. 3, and A. 4D, Wairere 2A,
2B, 2C, 2D, and 2E, 2, the south-western boundary of Wairere
2E 2, and the south-eastern boundaries of Section 38, 39, and
40, Ohariu District, and Lot 1, Plan B/271, to the northernmost
corner of Lot 1, D.P. 9126; thence generally south-easterly
along the generally north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P.
9126, to the south-western corner of Section 49, Porirua
District; thence generally north-easterly and southerly along
the boundaries of the Borough of Tawa, hereinbefore de-
scribed, to the north-eastern corner of Lot 85, D.P. 9069;
thence generally easterly along a right line to and along the
south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 7001, the north-
western and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 7001,
the north-western, south-western, and south-eastern bound-
aries of Section 42, Takapu District, and the south-western
boundary of Section 43 Takapu District to the southern-
most corner of the said Section 43; thence generally
north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections
43 and 42, Takapu District, the south-western and south-
eastern boundaries of Section 42, Takapu District, the
south-eastern boundary of the land shown on Plan
A/2554, and the eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1,
D.P. 2544, to the easternmost corner of the said Lot 1;
thence generally north-westerly along the northern boundaries
of Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 2544, the north-eastern boundary of
Section 29, Takapu District, the south-eastern and north-eastern
boundaries of Section 99, Porirua District, the north-eastern
boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 26571, Lots 34 and 33, D.P. 29188,
Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 19160, and their production to the high-
water mark on the north-western shore of Porirua Harbour;
thence northerly and southerly along the mean high-water
mark of Porirua Harbour and the sea to the point of com-
mencement.
