PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Land Held for Buildings of the General Government Set Apart, Subject to Certain Rights, for an Institution Established Under the Child Welfare Act 1925 in the Borough of Taumarunui

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart, together with and subject to the rights of way created by easement certificate S. 242858 and transfer S. 266673, and subject also to the building-line restriction contained in S. 229925, all South Auckland Land Registry, for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925 from and after the 25th day of November 1968.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks VI and VII, Glenkenich Survey District

The Roman Catholic Church

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declares that the road first, secondly, and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Ian Robert Forsyth, of Waikoikoi, farmer, and Edward Andrew Sharp, of Gore, company manager, as executors, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 169189, Otago Land Registry; also declares that the road fourthly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Colin James McKenzie, of Waikoikoi, farmer, and Colleen Gillies Clearwater, wife of William Bentley Clearwater, of Waikoikoi, farmer, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 270107, Otago Land Registry; that the road fifthly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Colin James McKenzie and Colleen Gillies Clearwater, aforesaid, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 182642, Otago Land Registry; and that the road sixthly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in William Murray Kane, of Tapanui, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 234851, Otago Land Registry; also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, pursuant to subsection (6) of the said Section 29, and declares that the land first described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in Colin James McKenzie and Colleen Gillies Clearwater, aforesaid, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 182642, Otago Land Registry; and that the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in William Murray Kane, aforesaid, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 234851, Otago Land Registry.
