EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 1202, folio 72 (South Auckland Registry), containing twenty-nine decimal five perches (29.5P.), more or less, being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan S. 2921, and being part Section 15, Suburbs of Rotorua, in the name of Stanley George Lowe, Rotorua, motor mechanic, and evidence of the loss of mortgage S. 74308, affecting the land in the above-mentioned certificate of title, having been lodged with me, together with an application, S. 420074, to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof and to dispense with the production of the said mortgage, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and to dispense with the production of the said mortgage in terms of section 44, Land Transfer Act 1952, on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
