PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described

from and after the 18th day of November 1968.

and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first
publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington;

Licensing J. W. Auld to Occupy a Site for a Shop at Kohukohu,
Hokianga Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licences and permits John William Auld (hereinafter
called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
successors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at
Kohukohu, Hokianga Harbour, as shown on plan marked
M.D. 3715 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
a shop, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held
and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
    1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
    far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
    day of November 1968.
  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 6 dollars
    ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
    10 dollars ($10).

    The Traffic (Wellington Urban Motorway) Notice No. 2, 1968
    PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
    hereby gives the following notice.
    NOTICE
  4. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Wellington Urban
    Motorway) Notice No. 2, 1968.
  5. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
    declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the
    purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  6. The Traffic (Wellington Urban Motorway) Notice 1968,
    dated the 26th day of April 1968†, which relates to Wellington
    Urban Motorway in Wellington City, is hereby revoked.
    SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Wellington City:
    Wellington Urban Motorway (all that portion commencing
    at a point 24 chains measured north-easterly generally along
    the said urban motorway from the north-east abutment of
    the Thorndon overbridge and terminating at the end of the
    said urban motorway at the point where it meets the off-ramp
    roadway leading to Aotea Quay).
