The Wainuiomata Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1968

PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Wainuiomata Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1968;

2. There is hereby constituted a local licensing trust, to be called the Wainuiomata Licensing Trust.

3. (1) The first election of members of the Trust shall be held on Saturday, 14 December 1968.

(2) The Returning Officer for the first election of members of the Trust shall be Brian Joseph Pohlen, Deputy County Clerk for the Hutt County Council.

4. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area comprised within the boundaries of the Wainuiomata County Town, as from time to time constituted.

5. The area within which the Trust may expand or distribute profits, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, shall be the whole of the area comprised within the boundaries of the Wainuiomata County Town.
