And whereas it is now impossible impracticable or inexpedient to carry out the purpose proposed by the said deceased;
Take notice that the trustees have submitted a scheme for the disposition of the said part of the residuary estate and propose that the same be paid to The Congregational Union of New Zealand to be held by it for the purpose of providing scholarships and otherwise at the discretion of the said Union making provision for theological students from the South-West Pacific and Papua to undertake study in New Zealand and/or to provide such scholarships or make such provision for missionary workers from or engaged in work in the South-West Pacific and Papua to study in New Zealand to take refresher courses or otherwise to improve their usefulness in their work;
And take notice that application has been made to the Supreme Court for consideration of the said scheme under the provisions of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and that such application will be heard on Tuesday the 26th day of March 1968 in the Supreme Court at Auckland;
And take notice that any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar and the trustees and the Attorney-General not less than seven clear days before that date.
The trustees of the said estate are Stuart Craig Ennor and John Kiff, both of Auckland, Solicitors, and their address for service is care of Messrs Glaister, Ennor, and Kiff, Solicitors, Norfolk House, High Street, Auckland.

Subscriptions-The subscription is at the rate of $14 per calendar year, including postage, payable in advance.
Single copies available as issued.
The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription $6 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and 1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
