Appointment of Members of Granity Domain Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Gordon Noel Dolamore and
Hector Francis Frater

to be members of the Granity Domain Board, Nelson Land District, Buller County, in place of Robert Vincent Kelly and Allan Merrins Kerr, resigned.

Appointment of the Hutt River Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Hutt River Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for river protection purposes.

Revocation of Appointment of Pauri-Wiritoa Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Pauri-Wiritoa Domain Board as published in Gazette, 9 September 1965, No. 50, page 1504, and appoints the Wanganui County Council to be the Pauri-Wiritoa Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WANGANUI COUNTY SECTIONS 472 and 476, Left Bank Wanganui River, situated in Block X, Ikitara Survey District: Area, 36 acres and 8 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 25322).

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Associated Churches of Christ Church Extension and Property Trust Board to control and manage and revokes the reservation for a youth holiday and recreation camp over the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto and, further, revokes the appointment of the Young Women’s Christian Association of the City of Christchurch, Incorporated, to control and manage and revokes the reservation for a youth holiday and recreation camp over the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT RESERVE 4951, situated in Block IV, Christchurch Survey District: Area, 5 acres 2 roods 35.8 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 9389). Reserve 4787, situated in Block IV, Christchurch Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 8854).
