CORRIGENDUM
In the notice No. Ag. 10253, published in the Gazette of 27 June 1968, p. 1092, declaring plants to be noxious weeds in the County of Hauraki, delete the reference in the Schedule to bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis) and substitute ragwort (Senecio jacobaea).

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway (Whangamarino Bridge-Rangiriri section) shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 21835 (S.O. 44311) referred to in the said Schedule.
