company by entry in its minute book passed a resolution
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
in business, and that it is advisable to wind up.

A meeting of creditors will be held in Room 10, Chamber
of Commerce Building, 2 Courthouse Lane, Auckland, on
Thursday, 24 October 1968, at 2.15 p.m., to consider a
statement of the company's affairs and list of creditors;
