Revocation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the vesting of the control in the Automobile Association (Southland) Incorporated of the reserve for camping purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Paringa Bridge Scenic Reserve.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Green Island in trust for that purpose.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Hawera County) Notice No. 2, 1968.

The Hawera County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

So much of the Warrant dated the 24th day of November 1950† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
