Licensing James Athol Sanderson to Occupy a Site for a
Slipway at Motukauri Island, Whangaroa Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits James Athol Sanderson (hereinafter
called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed
of the sea at Motukauri Island, Whangaroa Harbour, as shown on
plan marked M.D. 13056 and deposited in the office of the Marine
Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
a slipway, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the licensee upon, and subject to, the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960,
and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable,
apply hereto. -
The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of March 1968.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10) and the
annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 14 dollars ($14).

Licensing Ralph Stuart Instone to Occupy a Site for a Pontoon
Jetty at Lake Roxburgh
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Ralph Stuart Instone (hereinafter
called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
successors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different
construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed
of Lake Roxburgh, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13145 and deposited
in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the
purpose of maintaining thereon a pontoon jetty, as shown on the
said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
upon, and subject to, the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto.

Licensing Richard Leon Brown to Occupy a Site for a Jetty
at Waipahihi, Lake Taupo
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Richard Leon Brown, of Edgewater Lodge
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his
administrators, successors, or assigns, unless the context requires
a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
and bed of Lake Taupo, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9317 and deposited
in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon a jetty, as shown on the said plan; such licence
to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

The Motor Launch (Lake Rotoiti, Nelson) Notice 1968
Nelson Lakes National Park Board
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, the Minister of Marine
hereby gives the following notice:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Lake Rotoiti, Nelson) Notice 1968.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette,
and shall remain in force for a period of 2 years after that date.
- Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11
and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply to the area described
in the First Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in Lake Rotoiti situated in Block XIII, Motupiko Survey District,
bounded by a line commencing at a point on the first jetty east of the mouth of the
Black Valley Stream, being the intersection of the eastern side of the said jetty with
the edge of the water, and proceeding south-westerly along the eastern side of the said
jetty and its production for a distance of 53 yd; thence south-easterly along a right line
bearing 176°, a distance of 46 yd; thence south-westerly along a right line bearing 183°,
distance 105 yd; thence north-westerly along a right line bearing 282°, distance 170 yd;
thence north-easterly along a right line bearing 14°, distance 194 yd, to the edge of the
water; thence south-easterly along the edge of the water, a right line crossing the Black
Valley Stream at its mouth, and again along the edge of the water to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE
THE access lane shall be marked as follows:
- Marker buoys, either barrel, drum, or spherical shaped, painted bright orange with a
vertical black stripe, shall be moored at distances of 50 yd, 100 yd, 150 yd, and 194 yd
along the western boundary line, and at distances of 53 yd, 99 yd, 155 yd, and 204 yd along
the eastern boundary line.
