PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declares that the road first, thirdly, and lastly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Charles Gordon Ireland of Isla Bank, farmer, subject to memoranda of Mortgage No. 175761 and 175762, Southland Land Registry, and the land secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in James Forde of Isla Bank, farmer, subject to Memorandum of Mortgage 75807, Southland Land Registry.
