PURSUANT to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Right Honourable Sir Richard Wild, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, has this day appointed

Thomas Whitehead Blyth, Esq., 10 Norfolk Street, London, England,

to be a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in London, for the purpose of administering and taking of oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

Declaring a Public Reserve Vested in the Marlborough Hospital Board to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 69 (4) of the Hospitals Act 1957, the Minister of Health hereby declares that that part of the public hospital reserve described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Crown as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
