CORRIGENDUM

IN the First Schedule of the Proclamation published in Gazette, 30 May 1968, No. 33, p. 909, “Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land”, in the second line of the description, area should read: “35 acres and 3 roods”.

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whakatane as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of October 1968.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a gas station site and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned: and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of October 1968.
