Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution and of Appointment of Liquidator
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 that, by an entry in its minute book, made in accordance with the provisions of section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, and dated the 23rd day of September 1968, the above company has passed the following extraordinary resolution:
“1. That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business, and that it is advisable to wind up; and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
“2. That Mr William John McKeown Bridgman, of Auckland, public accountant, be, and is hereby appointed, liquidator of the company.”
At a meeting of creditors of the company, held on 3 October 1968, the appointment of Mr W. J. M. Bridgman as liquidator of the company was confirmed.
