Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Robert Climo under and by virtue of lease No. S.F.H. 196 recorded in register book, Volume 811, folio 188, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 14th day of October 1968.
