and after the 14th day of October 1968.

Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for the
Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block I, Shotover Survey
District, Lake County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes
of an aerodrome; and that an easement for the installation
of power cables and a maintenance access strip is also hereby
taken for the purposes of an aerodrome over the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her
Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and
authority in perpetuity to transmit electricity over, along, or
under the land described in the said Second Schedule and, for
that purpose, to lay, construct, place, and maintain a line of
electric cables along or under the said land, and for the
purpose aforesaid to construct and maintain an access strip
over the land described in the said Second Schedule, vesting
in Her Majesty the Queen, her agents, servants, workmen,
contractors, licensees, and invitees full and free right, liberty,
licence, and authority in perpetuity to enter, from time to
time and at all times, by day or by night, and to pass or
repass, with or without horses, vehicles, machinery, materials,
implements, and plant of any kind, over and along the said
land for the purpose of repairing, maintaining, and replacing
the said cables and the said access strip, such easement over
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be
appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto;
and also hereby declares that this notice shall take effect
from and after the 14th day of October 1968.
