ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, Cook County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block VII, Turanganui Survey District, on the sea coast at its intersection with the production of the south-eastern side of Beach Road, and proceeding south-easterly and then north-easterly generally along the sea coast to the middle of the Hamanatua Stream in Block VIII, Turanganui Survey District; thence northerly generally up the middle of that stream to and up the middle of the Kopakiraho Stream to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 180, to and along that boundary to the left bank of the Waimata River, due west to the middle of that river, down the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 17, D.P. 395; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary, the south-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 1050, part Lot 16, D.P. 395, Lots 20 and 19, D.P. 1174, to the middle of Dryden Street; thence along the middle of that street to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 17, D.P. 1147, to and along that boundary, to and along the south-western boundaries of Lot 10, D.P. 1174, part Lot 1, D.P. 409, Lot 13, D.P. 1174, part Lot 2, D.P. 1091, and part Lot 12, D.P. 395, to its westernmost corner, along the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 11, D.P. 2352, and Lot 15, D.P. 2469, the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 15, D.P. 2469, Lot 14, D.P. 2468, the abutment of Matokitoki Road, and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 2453, to its northernmost corner; thence south-westerly generally along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 6, 5, and 4, D.P. 2576, Lot 11, D.P. 2631, to and along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 35, D.P. 1309, to the southernmost corner of that lot, along a right line to the intersection of the middle lines of Ormond-Gisborne via Waiohika Road and Hansen Road, along the middle line of Hansen Road to the middle of the Taruheru River, down the middle of that river to a point in line with the production of the south-eastern boundary of part Section 9, Block II, Turanganui Survey District, thence south-westerly along that produced line to the right bank of the Taruheru River, being a point on the boundary of the City of Gisborne, as hereinbefore described; thence north-easterly, south-easterly, and south-westerly generally along the boundary of the City of Gisborne to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF GISBORNE RIDING OF COOK COUNTY

ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, Cook County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast at the middle of the mouth of the Waipaoa River in Block IX, Turanganui Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly along the sea coast to the south-western corner of Section 2, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the City of Gisborne, as hereinbefore described; thence northerly generally along the boundary of the City of Gisborne to a point on the right bank of the Taruheru River; thence along a right line being the production of the south-eastern boundary of Section 9, Block II, Turanganui Survey District, to the middle of the Taruheru River; thence north-westerly generally up the middle of that river to and up the middle of the Makowiriwiri Stream to and up the middle of the Makeretu Stream to the middle of State Highway No. 2, westerly generally along the middle of that State highway, the middle of Farmers Road, the middle of Bushmere Road, and the middle of Bloomfield Road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 83, Block I, Turanganui Survey District, to and along that boundary, the

south-western boundaries of Section 93, Block I, Turanganui Survey District, part Lots 23 and 24, D.P. 712, and their production to the middle of the Waipaoa River; thence north-westerly generally up the middle of that river to a point due east of a road angle being the easternmost corner of part Section 2, Patutahi Suburban; thence due west to the middle of Kirkpatrick Road; thence south-westerly generally along the middle of that road and the middle of State Highway No. 36 to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 23, Patutahi Rural, to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of Pipiwhakao Road, along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2950, to and along that boundary and the south-western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 2950, and Lot 7, D.P. 1208, and their production to the middle of State Highway No. 36, along the middle of that State highway to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 90, Block IV, Patutahi Survey District; thence southerly generally to and along the eastern boundaries of that section to the northernmost corner of Section 142, Block IV, Patutahi Survey District, along a right line bearing 191° 20′, distance 2,978.3 links, along a right line bearing 151° 06′ to the westernmost corner of Section 23, Block VIII, Patutahi Survey District, along the south-western boundary of that section, the south-western and southern boundaries of Section 24, to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 4120, to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Papatu A. 2B to the north-western side of Papatu Road, along a right line across that road to the northernmost corner of part Section 2 of Papatu A. 1 Block, along the north-eastern boundary of that section to the southernmost corner of Section 24, Block VIII, Patutahi Survey District, along the southern boundary of that section and its production to the middle of the Te Arai River, down the middle of that river to and down the middle of the Waipaoa River to the point of commencement at the sea coast in Block IX, Turanganui Survey District.

BOUNDARIES OF WHANGAPARAOA RIDING OF WAIPU COUNTY

ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, County of Waipu, bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 1, Block I, Matakaoa Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the County of Waipu, as hereinbefore described, and proceeding westerly, southerly, and generally easterly along the said county boundary to Trig. Station Pakira in Block VIII, Raukumara East Survey District; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Waikura No. 2 Block to its south-eastern corner; thence north-easterly generally along the eastern boundaries of Waikura No. 2 Block and part No. 1 Block (L.T. 372), the south-eastern boundaries of Whangaparaoa part 2M, 2R, and part 2P Blocks to Trig. Station W. 55, Te Kokomuka, in Block X, Matakaoa West Survey District; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of Whangaparaoa part 2P, part 2N, 2K 1, 2K 2, and 2H Blocks, crossing four intervening public roads, to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF TOKOMARU RIDING OF WAIPU COUNTY

ALL that area in the Waipu County bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Hikuwai River in Block III, Uawa Survey District, being a point on the Waipu County boundary, as hereinbefore described, and being a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Tauwhareparae 1F, and proceeding northerly generally up the middle of the aforesaid Hikuwai River to and up the middle of the Pauariki Stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Mangahauini No. 17, to and along that boundary (crossing public roads), the western boundary of part Poroikamoana Block, the western and northern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 3478, the northern and western boundaries of the said part Poroikamoana Block, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of a public road, along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of the aforesaid part Poroikamoana Block and its production to the middle of Puketiti Road, along the middle of that road to and along the middle of State Highway No. 35 to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Waipiro A. 34 Block, to and along that boundary, the north-western boundaries of that block and of part Lot 2 of Section 2, Block XVI, Mata Survey District, Section 3 of the said Block XVI, again along the generally north-western boundary of the aforesaid part Lot 2 of Section 2, and the north-eastern boundary of that lot and its production to the middle of a public road, along the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Waipiro A. 44, to and along that boundary to the sea coast in Block XIII, Waipiro Survey District; thence southerly generally along the mean high-water mark of the sea coast, including Moutahiauru, Motuairuru, and Motuoroi Islands, to the north-western corner of Marau Block in Block IV, Uawa Survey District, being a point on the Waipu County boundary, hereinbefore described; thence westerly generally along the Waipu County boundary to the point of commencement.
