Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated 23 May 1966; and published in Gazette, 16 June 1966, No. 35, page 961, setting apart Crown land for the development of water power (Electrical Substation) in Block III, Mararoa Survey District, Wallace County, by deleting the area of 3 roods 17.1 perches described in the Schedule of the notice, and substituting in lieu thereof the area of 3 roods 37.1 perches.
