PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road containing 2 acres 4 perches situated
in Block XV, Taramarama Survey District, Wairoa County,
Gisborne R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Tutae-
kuri 1c 15A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 22425 (S.O. 4916) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends
the Order in Council dated 24 May 1954, published in
Gazette, 27 May 1954, Vol. II, p. 893, and registered in the
Land Registry Office at New Plymouth as No. 2086, author-
ising the laying off of an extension of Havelock Place in the
City of New Plymouth, subject to a condition as to the
building line, by varying the condition as to the building line
imposed by the said Order in Council so that no building
or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lot 1,
D.P. 7677, being part Section 8, Grey District, within a
distance of 35 ft from the centre line of the said street.
