Land Taken for a Recreation Ground and for Waterworks in Block II, Carlyle Survey District, Patea County

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is thereby taken for waterworks, and the said parcels of land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Patea, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of October 1968.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Taranaki Land District

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 0.8 of a perch situated in Block II, Carlyle Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being Section 208, Town of Kakaramea, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked Ministry of Works 22493 (S.O. 9547) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington; and thereon bordered sepia.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Taranaki Land District

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 2.1 perches situated in Block II, Carlyle Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being Section 233, Town of Kakaramea; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked Ministry of Works 22493 (S.O. 9547) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 23rd day of August 1968.

Land Taken for the Extension of a State Forest in Block I, Naseby Survey District

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the extension of a State forest; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1968.

SCHEDULE

Otago Land District

All that parcel of land containing 2 acres being Section 19, Block I, Naseby Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 80, folio 170, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of August 1968.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 1 April 1966, published in Gazette, 5 May 1966, Volume II, page 716, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 670454, taking land for a Works Depot in Blocks IV and VIII, Tongariro Survey District, Taumarunui County.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of August 1968.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the provisional State forest land described in the Schedules hereto as a permanent State forest land.

FIRST SCHEDULE

South Auckland Land District-Rotorua Conservancy Ohinemuri County

Section 4, Block I, Horohoro West Survey District: area, 1,328 acres 1 rood 36 perches, more or less.

As shown on plan No. N. 76/3 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 13413.)

SECOND SCHEDULE

South Auckland Land District-Rotorua Conservancy Ohinemuri County

SECTION 2, Block I, Horohoro Survey District: area, 1,000 acres 0 roods 0 perches, more or less.

As shown on plan No. N. 76/4 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 12234).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of September 1968.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Raglan County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of road containing 1 acre and 34 perches situated in Block XIII, Maramarua Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Opuatia 3A 2 Block and part Opuatia 3A6c. Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22429 (S.O. 44167) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
