LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of the certificates of title in the Schedule below having been lodged with me together with applications for the issue of new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

CERTIFICATE of title, Volume 439, folio 279, containing 1 rood and 0.1 of a perch, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being Lot 27, Deposited Plan 19195, and being portion of Allotment 7 of Section 9 of the Suburbs of Auckland in the names of Raymond Lloyd Jones, of Auckland, salesman, and Jean Mary Jones, his wife (application No. A. 259169).

Certificate of title, Volume 1563, folio 67, containing 3 acres 1 rood 13.5 perches, more or less, being Allotments 313, 314, 315, and 316 of the Parish of Matakohe in the name of Ronald Laing, of Ruawai, farmer (now deceased) (application No. A. 267586).

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of sub lease 3553, whereof Charlette Amelia Harwood (nee Cliff), married woman, is the lessee, affecting thirty-three perches (33 p.) more or less, being part of the land in lease 2387 and being the western portion of Lot 1, Section 17, Suburbs of Rotorua, and being part of the land in leasehold certificate of title, Volume 667, folio 125 (South Auckland Registry), having been lodged with me together with an application S. 396157 to issue a provisional copy of the lease in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional copy of the lease on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
