Law Practitioners Act 1955
PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby
given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand
Law Society on the 8th day of December 1967 ordered
that the name of Peter William Graham be restored to the
Roll of Barristers and the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand subject to the condition that he shall
not practise as a solicitor on his own account, whether in
partnership or otherwise, until authorised by the Disciplinary
Committee to do so.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
1953 and it is desired to vary the same:
Now therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Maniapoto Development
Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 2. -
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked. -
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
