CORRIGENDA

IN the notice dated the 1st day of September 1967, published in Gazette No. 63, 5 October 1967, page 1738, Crown land set apart for State housing purposes in the City of Timaru, in the third line for “State purposes” read “State housing purposes”, which last-mentioned appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Works.

IN the notice dated the 30th day of November 1967, published in Gazette No. 4, 25 January 1968, page 89, declaring land taken for street in Block I, Oamaru Survey District, in the fourth line of the Schedule for “2175” read “21750”, which last-mentioned appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Portion of Land Held for an Aerodrome in Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District, Taumarunui County, Set Apart for Road

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for an aerodrome and vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taumarunui by a Proclamation dated the 1st day of November 1963, and published in Gazette of 7 November 1963, Volume III, at page 1798, and registered as No. S 272180, South Auckland Land Registry:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart for road as from the 12th day of February 1968.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 8.5 perches situated in Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District, South Auckland R.D., being part Ohura South A3 E2 C3 B3 C2 A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21720 (S.O. 43832) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of January 1968.

Land Taken for a Post Office and Automatic Telephone Exchange in the Borough of Kumara

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office and telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1968.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in the Borough of Kumara, Westland R.D., being Sections 102 and 103 of Reserve 128, Town of Kumara. All certificates of title, Volume 7, folios 165 and 208 (Westland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of January 1968.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1968.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 23.4 perches situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being parts of Allotment 1,
