SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1967.

3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 16 dollars ($16).

The Traffic (Lower Hutt City and Hutt County) Notice 1968

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Lower Hutt City and Hutt County) Notice 1968.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto, as is situated within Lower Hutt City, is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

SCHEDULE

Situated within Lower Hutt City, and in the Hutt County adjacent to Lower Hutt City:

Connolly Street extension (from a point 29 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said street from Mills Street to a point 85 chains measured north-easterly generally along Connolly Street extension from Mills Street).

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of Part of a Reserve in the Minister Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting of the control in the Minister having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 of that part of the reserve for Hanmer Thermal Springs described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Declaration That Part of the Wainuiomata Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that part of the Wainuiomata Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act; and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the New Lynn Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the New Lynn Borough Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
