Land Proclaimed as Road, Land Taken, and Road Closed and Vested in Block III, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaims that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed; and also proclaims that the area of land first described in the said Second Schedule and the areas of land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto shall vest in Adrian Edward Addenbrooke, of Kaitaia, farmer, subject to mortgage No. A. 88413, that the area of land secondly described in the said Second Schedule and the area of closed road thirdly described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in James Kenny Sweetapple, of Kaitaia, farmer, subject to mortgage No. A. 75598, that the area of closed road secondly described in the said Third Schedule is hereby added to the land held as reserve for scenic purposes described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, and that the area of closed road first described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in Gordon Cyril Hoskin, of Fairburns, farmer.
