LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

Evidence having been furnished of the loss of the duplicate original of certificate of title, Register 8A/1463, for 32 perches, being Lot 293, Deposited Plan 52834, being part Allotment 109, Takapuna Parish, in the name of Barry John Schultz, of Auckland, toolmaker, and application (A. 308544) having been made for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
